| Xiamen Chi Jie Mold Industry Co., Ltd locates in Xiamen, China, which is one of the largest mold manufacturers in Fujian province. It is the member of China Mold Industry Association, as well as the directing member of Fujian Mold Industry Association. We focus in manufacturing of precise carbon fiber molds, plastic injection molds, plastic blowing molds, aluminum alloy diecasting molds, zinc alloy diecasting molds, rubber forming moldsˇ˘epoxy resins molds and bakelite forming mold. Besides molds, we also produce the plastic molded products. Our co***ny was established in June 1998, now we have more than 100 staffs, among which there are 20 design engineers, and 75 skilled technicians. In daily work, we use world advanced software for mold design and analysis. We presently have 8 high-precision CNC from Japan and Taiwan including a longmen machining center with stroke: 3000*2600*1000; 13 imported EDM including Japanese Sodick vertical mirror ***rk machine, Swiss ***rk machine and CNC type EDM machining center with stroke 1200*650; 8 computer numeric controlled cutting machines; 14 imported universal milling machine with digital readout; 4 imported grinders; 2 imported lathes; 2 huge arm drills; 32 imported injection molding machines. Besides, we plan to purchase 2 Japanese MAKINO high-speed machining center and several imported slow linear cutting machines. For products high-quality guarantee, we have purchased Tri-coordinate measurer, JTVMS-3020 optical image measuring apparatus and MQ series of three coordinate measuring machine with stroke: 800X1000X600, RockWell HardnessŁ¨HR-150A). We are the first private enterprise to passed the ISO9001:2000 certification on Feb.12 2002 and we have passed the technology certificate for Hi-tech enterprise.
